MECHANICS:

1. Accomplish the registration form below and submit. All fields are required.
2. An NEC Customer Representative will call you upon receiving the registration form and will set the schedule for your     free one week Proof-of-Concept (POC) trial. (The schedule will be set on a first-come, first-served basis.)
3. On the first day of the POC trial, a certified NEC engineer will setup the WAN Booster in your network environment and     must be accompanied by your authorized company representative.
4. After the setup, your official representative must sign an initial customer service report provided by the NEC engineer.
5. On the 7th day of the POC trial, an NEC engineer will return to your office to uninstall the WAN Booster. Your official     representative must sign another customer service report provided by the NEC engineer.
6. NEC Philippines will submit to you a POC report within seven (7) days after the WAN Booster has been uninstalled from     your network.
