August 22-23, 2006, Manila, Philippines — NEC Philippines tackles Next Generation Networks at the Contact Center Excellence Conference Exhibit on August 22 to 23 at the EDSA Shangri-la, Mandaluyong City, Philippines.
NEC Philippines Executive Vice President Leonardo Santos spoke on revolutionizing the contact center industry with Next Generation Networks (NGN) on the first day of this two-day regional conference. In his talk, he urged the contact center industry to look at improving their tools to increase agents’ efficiency to eventually serve customers better.
At the other side of the conference room is the exhibit area where NEC engineers and project managers are on hand to explain Qmaster, NEC’s Contact Center Solution to guests. Approximately 400 delegates from across industries attended the 2-day event.
