Least  Cost Routing (LCR)/Automatic Route Selection (ARS) which automatically selects the cheapest call rates from the service provider of your choice if you have more than one telephone service provider.

Expert Call Handling

Voice Response System (VRS)* and Voice mail* which allow you to record up to 48 VRS messages, including Automated Attendant greeting and a General Message that can be personalized in the user’s native language.
